Just got back from an amazing stay! As a first-timer bringing my dog along, I was thrilled with how dog-friendly the place was. Our room was huge and spotless, making it perfect for us. Every member of the staff was warm and welcoming, and they even checked in on us during meals. Can’t thank you enough for making our trip so enjoyable!
I enjoyed my stay overall, with a lovely clean room that made for a perfect escape. The service was top-notch, and they really made sure I was having a good time. I had a hiccup with my dessert—the spiced orange sponge was solid and missing the plum sauce—but the replacement was divine! They handled that well, which I appreciated. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!
Beautifully decorated room, small but with everything we could need. Excellent tea and coffee tray - lovely biscuits - and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was freshly decorated and spotlessly clean with quality toiletries all well-stocked. The room included ironing board and iron, additional bedding and towels. We loved being able to control the heating to make it comfortable for us. The food was wonderful - a top-class breakfast - and every member of staff was friendly and helpful. We had to park on the street, but this was free down a side road. The location is amazing, ideal for Blackpool, Lytham St Annes and the Forest of Bowland. We loved it so much, we've booked again for next month.
I had a brilliant stay recently and it ticked all the right boxes! The room was excellent, super clean, and the location was spot on. The staff made it even better with their warm greetings and helpful attitude. I also enjoyed a quiet drink in the bar area, which was lovely. Just back from a one night stay at this lovely hotel. Was very impressed with the decor in public areas makes a change from minimalist modern norm. Rooms lovely, very clean and roomey. We had 2 dogs with us and we and they felt very welcome. The food was all freshly cooked and excellent. The staff were efficient and very friendly and welcoming. Thank you.
I booked a last minute night in this accommodation. The location was great, across the road from the promenade, short walk, 8 minutes, into centre. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Accommodation had everything needed, tea/coffee, biscuits, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Room was on the side of the hotel, sadly no views, but ok fir one nights stay. The breakfast choices were fabulous, self service, apart from hot food ordered at the bar, all delicious, very impressed.
Exceptional Hotel in fantastic location, directly opposite the seafront, especially if you’re wanting to visit Lytham/Blackpool. On arrival & throughout our stay Mandy was very friendly, welcoming, exceptional member of staff . Thanks to Reece who served are drinks, he’s a very knowledgeable, pleasant young man who is always happy to chat and help . Stayed here Friday - Sunday on the winter escapes package and will definitely be back soon! All of the staff - especially Stewart and a dark haired girl behind the bar/reception (sorry I didnt catch her name) were really lovely and couldn’t be any more help. The hotel really is dog friendly - there is only one part of the bar/restaurant where dogs aren’t allowed. We had bed and breakfast and 2 evening meals which were absolutely gorgeous - I would come back for the food and cocktails alone! The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are equipped with everything you’d need for a hotel stay. The Christmas decorations were up and it looked absolutely beautiful; really magical. I would definitely return here again - the location is perfect and right on the beachfront so perfect for long walks with the dog. All in all a really lovely hotel, amazing staff and gorgeous food. Will be back soon!
